Digital Camera Review Archives

During my experiences (JEJ) over the years in talking with numerous hi-fi enthusiasts, I have found that many of them – perhaps 50% or more – also love photography.

Now that video cameras are digital, and you can edit your videos on a computer, then put them onto a DVD and play them in your home theater system, even having them in 16:9 anamorphic video and adding 5.1 surround sound audio tracks if you like, it seems appropriate to add a section in Secrets to review digital cameras.

And so, we launch our Digital Camera review pages, a new section devoted to this emerging area. We will cover digital still cameras, digital video cameras (DV), digital A/V servers, and the software programs (known as Non-Linear Editors, or NLE) that will let you get the most out of them.
